Our Life Stage Transfer service offers guidance that emphasizes on home living aid, neighbourhood engagement, and ensuring you establish your own resources. It is a coordination of support for the client’s plan.
Community nursing services is given to participants who may require unique individual care that are better handled by others who have nursing skills and capabilities to address the complex medical requirements of the participant.
Household tasks are daily household assistance that are necessary for your household to be properly regulated and sustained.
Domestic amenities will include the following:
- Food preparation services
- Additional help with buying groceries

We assists with daily personal activities in daily life such as:
- personal hygiene: showering, bathing, oral hygiene, dressing & grooming; toileting, bladder & bowel management & menstrual care.

Education and preparation so you can engage in group, professional or social programs to enhance your capabilities.
This service provides the participant access all Allied Health Professionals, such as OT, Speech Therapy, Physiotherapy, Behaviour Therapy, and Psychology. Any other additional Therapy will also be provided upon Participant Request.
Support with accommodation and tenancy obligations is specified by the NDIS as help to direct, motivate, or initiate tasks to guarantee that adequate accommodation is obtained/retained by the participant. It can involve helping to apply for a lease or to pursue rental obligations.
